I would like to get the in-game flags to match our logo, anyone have ideas on how to do this?

You mean the neutral flag, right? Well you need to make custom flag models for it. Get some custom flags from gamebanana and change the neutral flag texture to the SIN logo. Then you need to add some settings to the amx plugin. I have some useful links to share but i can't post links.
