NEW KICK FEATURE

We have a new kick feature available to all:
Admins CAN'T be votekicked
Its actually a VoteBan because the player will not be allowed to return for 10 minutes.
If more than 60% votes yes the player will be kicked
If the results are between 40% and 60% nothing happens.
If less than 40% votes yes the player who started the votekick will be kicked. This prevents abuse.
Players who have been votekicked or made a failed votekick will NOT be able to make another votekick for 24 HOURS, if you suceeded you cant make another votekick for 10 minutes.
Players can choose to vote "Yes" "No" "Vote yes anonymously" "None"
"Vote yes anonymously" will NOT show a message of what u voted to others.
