Time & Map: 9:20 am Pst, Dod_green_afk_final

Reason: It was only 5v5 and he kept on getting on the roof of the allies spawn and killing us. I warned him a couple of times and he still got on the roof and did not listen. Because of him some people left the server. I did votekick him off the server, but a nice little temp ban would be nice. Thanks.
