where is everyone

i play allot in the server sence i have no job and i barely see anyone in there these days i have noticed sence aac switched to sin allot of players dont play in our server anymore and its really annoying to restart the server everytime someone cant play the map PLZ sence there is no one in the server re install the server.... it seams like no one cares for the server at-least all the higher up dont they barely play the sever and they dont understand how frustrating it is to get kicked out of the server and the game if i know how to do it i would help

In my case, when I decide to play, I rarely see anyone in the server, or if i do I don't see anyone I know, so then I go to my friends list and see if anyone is on, and if so I go wherever they are.
