vote kick/ 1 day vote ban

Can someone look into this plugin and help out with this, so we can get it installed and have the regs be able to self admin as a group when no admin is present?

assuming this post is about the current votekick plugin. I have an issue with it. If for a reason I put afk it tells me too short, but if I say afk player it tells me too long. What do I need to use?
